Tim and his crew were so knowledgeable, professional, and so down to earth.
Tim would stop to answer my questions regardless what he was doing.
He saw my son was playing with his bat and ball and got the wiffleball stuck up in a tree and one of Tim’s guys stopped what he was doing and got it down for him. This is so not what we expected I’ve had work done by other (lesser) tree companies. That made promises about clean up no damage to the yard “ you won’t even know we were there “ I have been told that by every one that has come out to do work on our property. So I was so shocked when Tim was on time finished when he said he would be finished and WOW WHAT A JOB!!!!!!!! and yes minus the hedge row and pine tree being gone you wouldn’t have know that anyone was there. They worked so hard and fast I was absolutely impressed I WILL NEVER NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER TREE GUY AGAIN I could keep on writing but it can be summed up in one word AWESOME." - Karen Offerman

The weather was working against him it was snowing and blowing but he didn’t hesitate to get his tools and equipment out to make sure everything was is good working condition before he started the job. "I have been trying to get my tree down since January. A neighbor was having trees removed and I tried to hire that guy, 4 months later and they stopped responding. A friend told me about Thumbtack and I posted my project. Majestic was the fastest to respond and got back to me within minutes. They came to my house that Saturday to go over the price. They quoted me a great price for my tree removal and then got me a quote for a tree in the back yard that needed trimming. They were a huge help. Once I agreed, they told me when they would call to setup my day. They called let me know what day they would for sure be out and came and took it down. I had one tree removed and one tree trimmed. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them for any of my needs!"

"Wow Incredible professionalism and efficient tree company with an incredible customer focus. And believe me there are a lot of high end tree companies in my country club neighborhood - this one is #1 and believe me standards are high. Tim removed my large branch like a surgeon taking branch by branch being careful of my house as he went. Crew cleaned up as he went leaving my lot spotless. "After a bad storm, we had several large limbs on the lake side of our house. We contacted several different companies for quotes. Majestic answered promptly and provided a very reasonable quote. They were quick to come out, did a fantastic job of trimming all of the dead wood out of our tree and did a meticulous clean up of the job site.
